In 2016 on the basis of LLC VEGAS production of nonwoven fabrics was launched and at the same time, the GreenThermoMat brand was founded. As for today, VEGAS company produces heat and sound insulation under GreenThermoMat brand made of plant fibers for application in frame and log houses.

GreenThermoMat Products
Bio-based insulation under GreenThermoMat brand is made of a mixture of short and long plant fibers and polyester fibers. Unlike other manufacturers, we managed to reduce the share of polyester fibers up to 10% in the finished product and make the insulation material even healthier. It became possible thanks to the improved technology of laying of fibers and needle punch technology which allows achieving a dense interlacing of fibers.
